If you were to spell Heaven with a J , that would be Japan for you! (:
Took a one-day one-night and one-morning trip to Fukuoka with daddy, and I had to take the plane alone because he was flying. Was quite cool and it feels rather nice to be independent.
Even though the trip was reaaaallly and regretably short, the little time you have makes you absorb all the colours and culture and lovely sights all the better.
What can I say! Japan is same old Japan. Cute guys, cute kids, good food, transparent umbrellas, and darn, the food.
For you wanying!

Canal City
The guy in the background is in exactly the same position as me!! Same colour combo too.
The BESTEST sushi stall in all of Japan. Fresh and ultimately delectable.
Lao ba and the f/o (and their oysters)
Lao ba's HUGE scallops and my HUGE crab-miso soup crab leg
Okay this is worth trying. LIVE abalone. I tell you, that little fella is more alive than you and I are or will ever be. It may appear lifeless, but squeeze a little lemon on it and the whole thing scrunches up! Real crunchy.
The sushi bar and the nice english-speaking chef who recommended things to us.
All Japanese are CuteThe transparent umbrella!
It was raining and although we had umbrellas I insisted on buying one cos almost every Japanese homosapien on the street was carrying one of these and I thought it was really cool. Now I got three!
The b-e-autiful canal
Wow I love my brolly
Lovely ol' daddy!
I have an umbrella sticking out between my legs!
This is an awesome picture (:
There was this totally cool robot roaming around the shopping centre and talking to people so I took the opportunity to snap a shot with her whiloe she charged herself.
Lastly, the very handy 24 hour udon shop! (and the 24 hour ramen shop across the road, see where the white car is?) What I love about Japan is how all the shops and eateries are always so quaint and cosy. All in all it was a very enjoyable short-trip and thank god for protecting us. Something real scary happened at night but you dont wanna know!
And to top it all off, I looked out the window of the plane on the way back and was incredibly blesses to spot a gorgeous rainbow! Once in alifetime man, to see a rainbow from the sky. I also saw quite a few ships and the quarry at pulau ubin. I also saw the shadow of the plane on the ocean floor when the plane tilted. (:
Arigato! Thank you for reading this. Goodnight!
