This is kind of late, but here's my 2008. (:2008 has been an eventful year for me. In the past year I have had to meet and come to terms with many new changes - A new class, Ming leaving for army, Shirleen graduating C3, stepping up in cell. Sometimes it gets really tough, and many of the emotions i felt this year I have never previously encountered before. Yet I am heartened to know that through it all, I am strengthened because God's love abounds so deeply within me.God's love - it has shone through so many people, so many things in 2008! I cannot thank God enough for the church - Megalife. I see people get saved, eternally saved; I see people return to Christ, broken by their circumstances and seeking God's amazing healing; I see ordinary, everyday people answer God's call and rise up to become extraordinary people living in the will of God. I thank God for all the friends and leaders: thank you all for the times you've brightened my day with a simple greeting, smile or hug; thank you for all the times you made me grin, giggle and laugh out loud with all your silly jokes and funny antics; and thank you all for the times you've been there when I needed a prayer or two. It is extremely heartwarming to know that I have an awesome family of Christ that i can fall back on and who will never judge me with the eyes of this world but instead see me as the beautiful person i am in christ.2008 has been a great school year, and 3D really rocks my socks! As the year passed we have built really strong friendships, and thank you all for the times you've lent me a hand one way or another. Grace be to God for my grades - I really do not deserve them considering the effort I put in. Thank you to the 3D khakis, for all the fun bimbo times we've had and for always being so nice and funny! 4D'09 is going to have another awesome year!2008 has been great for my family too - Hazel joined ML and thank God she is fitting in well. Mummy and Daddy - who love me the mostest! - are good and healthy and happy and our family has had wonderful times together this year. Thank God for the Japan trip too!In the blink of an eye, 2008 has passed fleetingly by. I have lost and I have gained, but the true test is to praise God in all these circumstances and I am getting better at it! God will definately bless my 2009, as I turn 16, take HCL O's and enter a whole new chapter of life."So live that your memories will be part of your happiness"Anon
